Grilled Fish with Lemon and Thyme
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs fish fillets
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 Tbsp melted butter
1. Combine lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme in a shallow dish.
2. Add fish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Drain fish, brush with butter, and place on preheated grill. Broil until opaque throughout.
