Grilled Fish with Chablis and Creole Mustard Marinade
Ingredients: 1-2 lbs fish fillets or steaks
2 cups Chablis wine
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Creole mustard
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1. Mix all ingredients except fish in a non-reactive bowl.
2. Place fish in a flat non-reactive dish. Pour marinade over and let stand in the refrigerator for a minimum of (4) hours.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Grill fish, basting with reserved marinade.
